I’m a triathlon coach currently living in Gainesville, FL.  I recently graduated frm Indiana University with a Masters in Music Informatics and a concentration in Instructional Design.  I did my undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois, majoring in Music Composition and minoring in Computer Science.

Since High School, I’ve lost about 100 pounds and am currently training for an Ironman triathlon in September of 2009.  I also enjoy juggling, writing music, and riding a tandem bicycle with my wonderful girlfriend Lana.

This blog will primarily cover some my day-to-day activities that I feel are interesting enough to share, reports of my triathlon training and races, travel journals, and random opinions/musings on various topics such as bicycle safety/advocacy, politics, instructional design, our cute cat Majel, and food.
